Henton Mounting Base Plates Now Available: Compatible with 3060/4080/50100 Aluminum Profiles
HD-ZGH21 / HD-ZGH22 / HD-ZGH23 Series
Henton has expanded its aluminum profile accessory range with the new HD-ZGH21, HD-ZGH22 and HD-ZGH23 mounting base plate series. The new lineup covers 3060, 4080 and 50100 aluminum profiles, with 10 models available in different plate sizes and slot orientations.
These mounting base plates are designed for fixing aluminum profiles vertically to machine bases, steel plates, workbench surfaces and other mounting planes. They are suitable for automation equipment frames, conveyor systems, industrial workstations, safety guarding and other modular machine structures.

The HD-ZGH series connects the end of an aluminum profile to a flat mounting surface. The base plate is first secured to the profile end, then the elongated mounting slots on both sides are used to fasten the complete assembly to the machine base or mounting plate.
Compared with using multiple angle brackets around the profile, a base-plate installation keeps the connection concentrated at the bottom of the upright. This helps reduce interference around the profile and is especially useful where machine layouts are compact.

Four models are available for 3060 profiles:
The 3060-3 and 3060-4 models use a compact 60 × 66 mm plate, while the 3060-5 and 3060-6 models use a longer 114 × 36 mm plate. All four models are 12 mm thick.
The different plate shapes and slot directions make it easier to select a model according to the available mounting space and the required adjustment direction.

Four models are available for 4080 profiles:
The 4080-1 and 4080-2 models measure 94 × 85 mm, while the 4080-5 and 4080-6 models use a longer 134 × 50 mm plate. All four models are 12 mm thick.
The HD-ZGH22 series is well suited to machine frames, conveyor supports, workbench uprights and other structures built with 4080 aluminum profiles.

Two models are available for 50100 profiles:
Both models measure 154 × 60 mm and are 15 mm thick. The main difference is the orientation of the elongated mounting slots on both sides.
This series is intended for larger 50100 profile uprights used in equipment frames, conveyor systems and other machine structures where a larger profile section is required.

Even when the same aluminum profile size is used, the available mounting space can vary from one machine design to another. Some locations provide more space in the transverse direction, while others require a longer and narrower plate. The mounting slots may also need to avoid nearby components, plate edges or other structural features.
For this reason, the HD-ZGH series offers different plate shapes and elongated-slot orientations within the same profile size. The slots also provide a small amount of installation adjustment, making it easier to fine-tune the position of the upright during assembly.
The HD-ZGH mounting base plates are mainly used where aluminum profiles serve as vertical uprights or supports. Typical applications include automation machine frames, conveyor lines, industrial workstations, assembly and inspection equipment, safety guarding, protective enclosures and custom automation systems.
After the upright is mounted, cross beams, sensors, guarding panels, operator panels and other accessories can be added using the profile slots, allowing the structure to remain modular and easy to modify.
All HD-ZGH21, HD-ZGH22 and HD-ZGH23 mounting base plates in this new lineup are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with natural anodizing.
The complete range now includes 4 models for 3060 profiles, 4 models for 4080 profiles and 2 models for 50100 profiles — 10 mounting base plates in total. With multiple plate sizes and slot orientations available, users can select the model that best matches the aluminum profile size, mounting space and installation direction of the equipment.
