New Arrival: Pulley Housings for 65 and 80 Euro-Profile Belt-Driven Modules

When specifying the end components of a belt-driven linear module, the series size is only the starting point. The drive end and the idler end use different housings, and their mounting interfaces must match the rest of the assembly.

Hengdong Aluminum has added four housings for 65 and 80 series modules. Each series has a drive-end housing and an idler-end housing. Identifying both the series and the end position before ordering helps avoid a mismatch at the motor or module interface.

Four models, two end positions

65 series: check the motor-side opening and the idler mounting face

The HD-BT65A-ZLZ-A drive-end housing has a Ø42 center opening and an 8 × M5 hole callout on the motor-facing side. The Ø42 opening is one dimension of the housing; motor compatibility also depends on the motor flange, mounting-hole pattern, shaft, and transmission layout.

The HD-BT65A-FLZ-A idler-end housing is shown with an 89.5 mm overall length. Its mounting face is marked 6 × Ø5.5 through-holes with Ø10 counterbores, 6 mm deep; a separate 2 × M3 hole callout is also shown. It serves a different end position from the drive housing.

80 series: use the matching 80 series interfaces

The HD-BT80A-ZLZ-A drive-end housing is marked with a Ø62 center opening and 8 × M5 holes on the motor-facing side. The opening differs from the 65 series part, so the motor-end arrangement should be checked against the complete 80 series assembly drawing.

The HD-BT80A-FLZ-A idler-end housing is shown with a 90 mm overall length. Its mounting face is marked 6 × Ø5.5 through-holes with Ø10 counterbores, 5.7 mm deep, plus a separate 2 × M4 hole callout. These details differ from the 65 series housing and should be checked by model number.

What to confirm before ordering

1. Is the module a 65 or 80 series design?
2. Do you need the drive-end housing, the idler-end housing, or both?
3. What are the motor flange, mounting-hole pattern, and shaft dimensions?
4. What are the profile section, assembly orientation, and connecting components?

The supplied product images identify the body material as AL6061 and the finish as powder coated. Dimensions in the images are described as manually measured and for reference only. Confirm the final drawing and mating components before production or installation.
